HOW FULL IS YOUR BUCKET?

Tom Rath and Donald Clifton wrote this simple yet meaningful little book about how positivity will make your life and the lives of those you heap praise on richer. They include a couple of studies and some real life stories to make their point.

As REALTORS, I think this book is invaluable because it shows you how the best ways to work with your clients and others while keeping your bucket either full or overflowing.

Thanks Fran and Kim. It's definitely worth the read...you could easily read it on the way to San Diego in August and have plenty of time to spare!

Chris Ann, the authors talk about a study that was down relating to a 15minute conversation between newlyweds and divorce....make sure to be gentle with your husband :)

I haven't read the book yet but anything to do with positivity is a home run in our industry right now. I hope all real estate agents, lenders etc go out and read it.
