I received a phone call this afternoon about one of my ads on Craigslist. It was a ad about a bank repo. We had a nice talk and we made up to meet at the house. When the buyers came, they mentioned something I had written on my blog. I had put my blog on my website-a suggestion I got from reading another blog here.
At least I know people are reading my blogs. I know I will be able to help this family find a nice home. There are such great deals out there now. Bank repos are priced really well-under $100 per sq ft and most of them are in good condition. This is a fantastic buying opportunity. Buy now and wait 3-5 years and you should be okay.
