Our offices are getting a sweet sweet system!

Sweet, Sweet Systems,

Week 5 is over! But, not forgot! I had a new REALTOR show up for work today! I was exhausted from the past makeover2takeover week with Melissa Grant. I didn't want to go to the office today! I wanted to hang at home and take care of phone work, laundry and boring stuff.

I had a great idea!an idea for me!

I sent my new "systems" presentation to my new agent by email. He called me and said, "Deb, this is really going to help me." His day was "Educationally Consumed" and he really liked it! He was happy about having the step by step, walk his way through, print and build a book to follow.

I am thrilled and proud of our systems!  Whether we rank or not, I now have a tool that I can be proud of and that will help me grow the business.

Melissa, you're great. Together we are awesome! Thank you Robert for joining us and I'm glad you like the system!

I guess we all have different ideas about what systems are. I think many of you are talking about database scheduling. Like for drip systems, campaigns and so forth.

Melissa and I wrote about "hard core" (thanks Lenn)  administrative systems. How a company will run. How the files are kept and how the communication and interaction of Agent and "client" become a cohesive partnership.

About how our systems within the hub of the office is handled with a "systematic approach" and check lists too. Wish us luck for the contest! But, for our businesses...there's no contest!

Deb, every aspect of the business needs systems, I look forward to reading yours. I don't get many comments either on the makeover posts. But, I do believe people are reading as I have had emails from AR bloggers telling me they are following the contest and asking questions. Win or lose, make it to the next level or not, Kim has learned alot and I know if she uses them, she will see growth in her team and busines.

Brian, thank you sir! Same here. I wish we could all stay put. It would be nice to meet up in SF!

Missy, you are so right about the systems thing. I could have continued to develop systems for the systems for the systems and so on! It's never ending.

What on earth can they think of next week?

Good Luck to you all! Later in the rain~Deb

Hey guys! It's the MARRIED woman, just back from Chattanooga. Our wedding was beautiful, just as I had dreamed and the weather cooperated. Now, BACK TO the challenge! lol...

I had a very hard time focusing on the competition last week. I left for Chattanooga Wednesday night, and was so stressed about getting it completed this week. Kimberly and I worked via email late late late Thursday night and I hit the send button on the completed project to Rich, right before the wedding started yesterday. Whew!

Best of luck to all of us. I'll post more later! I am pooped!  Lots of photos to share.....
