I like to try to open communication between Ocean City real estate agents with the idea of all of us creating more sales.  If you have a buyer looking for a property write down the criteria they need.  If you have a listing that may fit the criteria post it.  An example would be: 4 bedroom condo on Central Ave, in the south end of Ocean City with rental income from $800-$1.1  Settle quickly.

 

I have a buyer that is looking for larger, multiple unit development opportunities that are waterfront around the Ocean City area 08226.  If you have anything that might work either post it or contact me.
