I wondered if you've taken the KW Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Class?I'm getting ready to go to that. My tagline is "A Straight Shot to a Successful Closing" and my website is www.buyandsellGOLFhomes.com So, I'm going to be focusing on "behind the gate" Golf Home Properties.

Since the market has slowed....do you find the Luxury home market alot slower, or is it still moving? That's one reason I've shy'ed away from that market, but after visiting some of the higher end homes, and seeing how poorly other agents are listing them, with bad pictures and no virtual tours...I figured, I owe it to the Luxury home owners, to let me HELP them! Do you have any special places you post them on the Internet??

I think Reflection Pointe is in trouble based only on inventory of lots. Perhaps this is only temporary, but as raw land is the most aggressive type of real estate investment, as lot owners, we are looking at years before we build or sell. Any thought would be greatly appreciated.

I woudn't really say that Reflection Pointe is in trouble as a community. Of course everything has slowed due to the market and credit crunch. Unfortunitly for some builders and home owners they are needing to sell their homes quickly due to less income during this time. Land is the least effected part of Real Estate during these hard times. It is much easier for owners to carry land payments and taxes. Developers such as the ones at Reflection Pointe would much rather hold out and get through the hard time instead of lowering prices of lots. This is a very nice community in a very nice location. It will do just fine when things turn around. Buyers will get much better deals on new construction and resale homes at this time rather than building.
