Tenant Did What? Part 3
Yes, that WAS a white laundry sink just as the previous Tenants left it when they moved out. Couldn't see showing house to rent with the sink in that condition. It would diminish the quality of the rest of the finishes.
Tenants had been there for just over 12 years. Mostly the house was in good condition but... After adding elbow grease to paint thinner, we got the sink back to white again. All's well that ends well.
CLEARLY - other property managers have had situations much worse. Take what happened to BG Loeffler over the years -- Tenants painting walls in truly awful colors, moving in TEN extra people in a two-bedroom home or Weegee Katz about illegal sub-lets or Silver Davis about adding decks and outbuildings. The stories are endless and the remedy is profoundly simple.
