Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Report

The Real Estate Market in Colorado Springs for the first six month continues to remain a little weaker than 2007, but it varies immensely neighborhood by neighborhood.

The average sales price for the entire region is $254.727 vs. last year during the same time frame the average price for the entire region was $269,431; a percentage drop of 5.45%. Prices in some areas have remained flat, including the Northwest and Northeast area of the city, and some areas are weaker including the Tri-Lakes and Black Forest area.

The average Days on Market for the entire region is 88 vs. last year during the same time frame the average days on market for the entire region was 77, an increase of 12%.   In almost all areas of the city, the Days on Market has increased.
