I recently compared the cost of new construction from Greene to Albemarle and was shocked at the difference (my clients are made aware of these comparisons). Charles - another scenic driveway. I too enjoy scenic driveways, lane ways, private roads, anything that forces us to slow down even for a moment and reflect on all that mother nature gives us if we only take the time to enjoy.

Hi Charles - I agree the pictures are wonderful, but I'm more intrigued with the ability to search the neigborhood tabs and your MLS search function by price range.  To date our MLS has no such provision which makes it impossible to create these nifty distinctions.  I enjoyed the tour!
