During the pandemic, the increase in stress and anxiety levels were high for some people. Though others handled it well for some, it stresses them all the more.

 

However, dealing with stress and anxiety go through on different levels, one should work on it and process it correctly.

 

Here are some tips to fight fear and anxiety;

 

1.Compliment yourself. When you need encouragement, compliment yourself to boost your confidence.

2.Read a good book. Aside from increasing your vocabulary, reading books also helps reduce stress.

3.Reconnect with old friends through virtual calls. Connecting with our loved -ones makes us realize what’s important in our lives after how things can change so quickly especially during this season.
