Mount Vernon, Ohio ranch homes are in strong demand especially homes in the $150,000 to the $250,000 price ranges in Knox County Ohio. As of today, there are only 20 homes in the entire Knox County Ohio MLS available in all of Knox County, Ohio. You read that right...there are only 20 homes available to purchase as I write this. The buyer demand is exceeding the number of available homes for sale by a margin of easily 3 to 1 if not more. We remain in a seller's market and as long as the interest rates remain low I don't anticipate the market shifting to a buyer's market anytime soon.
