I spend the day driving around looking at the parade of homes yesterday, very interesting in my mind in the changes of styles.....the lines were long touring the homes spead out over a 40 miles radius of the city. According to the builders that I spoke with, the demand is coming back for new homes with basements due of course to the weather in the midwest. Some of the requests that builders are getting asked for 1. Basements with a bar. 2. Tankless Water Heaters. 3. Home Theatre's 4. A John Deere Room. 5. Foam insulation in walls and between floors. 6. Fireplace's on lower patio's. 7. Side car gargages and energy eff. heating and A/C. There are 27 homes on tour, ranging in price from 190,000 to 950,000. No one was marketing Green which I was surprised to learn. One reason is that our electric cost are below the average for the nation.  So, I am off today to tour the other 10 homes. Happy Hunting to all...........

Jack, good for you on hitting all the homes. Great way to get the name out there, but also to see the new upcoming ideas for products.
