Ages 75+ May Now Pre-Register for COVID-19 Vaccine

 

If you live in Montgomery County, Maryland and are 75 or older, you may now preregister for your COVID19 vaccine on the County’s website: buff.ly/2XKjRaX

Appointments will be scheduled once MoCoDHHS receives the necessary vaccine doses. For more info: https://buff.ly/3nlKHQI.

This is a Montgomery County, Maryland announcement. Please share this information with qualified seniors.

Canada is doing it the same way, they are starting with nursing homes and care givers.

Thank you for posting about covid vaccine availability.  I just had to tell my mom to make some calls.  Any way we can make it easier is a blessing.  We are doing well in our family.  My wife, sister and day have all received the vaccination with zero side effects.

Hello Roy,  I was in hopes that more vaccine would be send out to the state, our  state was expecting more and got far less for next week was on our news.

I sure wish we could get mom's vaccine soon. She is going to be 94 this August,  although, because she is not in a nursing home, it will be a little longer for her. We understand the risk is higher for elderly people living in group settings, so we're being patient. 

Hope you and Dolores get yours soon, Roy Kelley - I know how hard it is to be homebound for so long.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD I just read that the number of vaccines dosages were overestimated for nursing homes, because when this started many took their parents out of these...so hopefully that is true in your area  so that your mom can gets her sooner, and our state has lowered the age to 65.  A
