Looking forward to hearing it. Ironically my 2018-2019 was much much worse, so 2020 was easy breezy - no sweat by comparison. It's all perspective.

I find my stress levels stay better when I make ample use of the SNOOZE function on Facebook.  I remove the militants on both ends of the spectrum, and if they're still hell-bent on living politics full time after that 30 days is up, Unfollow may happen next.

Nothing much gets under my skin these days. Regardless, it is all in ones mind to let it go, or hang on and let it eat you up.  

Good morning, Paula... I decided early on that I wasn't adding to my stress levels once our world went upside down last year. There are things I just can't control... all I can control is my reaction to them.

We all fall down!  How long we stay down and our thoughts about why we fell are the key.  Get up, shake it off, and Dance! 

I agree "many people are at their breaking point."  Many lack the skills to "remain calm" ... even those that do, like myself, may still fall from grace.

You're absolutely right about our experiencing an epic 12 months.  Yet, I feel fortunate that I am at this stage in life.  I feel so badly for those on the front lines of this pandemic.  And, for parents trying to juggle work, schooling for their children and other challenges.
