When typing text into a new posting, you'll want to hold down the shift key when you press the enter to go to the next line. Just hitting the enter key will double-space all your text. Brad and Gena, My apologies. I had read the guidelines for posting on the "Listing by Address" group and that was what I had in my head when I originally posted. This time I lined the guidelines that Brad had posted, beside my posting and edited it.
The listing paperwork was done via long distance, I am getting a key today so that we can take some inside pics of the paperwork and will change those out. I want to get this done within the guidelines so that I can put my other listings on the AR MLS. I had posted a couple of others, but then I realized that I didn't have them formatted correctly so I took them off.
