In Hawaii Real Estate it is climate, location and amenities that drive the price.  This arid subdivision is located on the largest island of the Hawaii Island chain  It is called the Big Island of Hawaii and it is approximately 4,024 sq miles in size.  The Big Island has about 160,000 people on it.  HOVE is located near the southern most part of the Big Island.

Many HOVE properties do not have telephone, or electricity.  Water is usually by cathment system.  These properties usually appeal to buyers who want to live away from it all in an arid environment.
