Knowing who your buyers are...

Aloha all,

Our brokerage represents a Hawaii luxury home developer.  In doing my research to identify the buyer, local tax records tell me the buyers come from all over the western US.  So, I need another way to identify the buyers so I can target them.  Any suggestions?  Mahalo in advance!

Hi, Diana!  How about a mailing to the current owners in the western US? Often people want their friends to buy near them. How about e-mailing the benefits of the Big Island to luxury agents in the areas of the western US that show on your local tax records? You might also want to consider taking courses in the areas most likely to send buyers to your area, and extending your stay and meeting with targeted agents.

Aloha Sharon!  Yes, we are mailing to the current owners.  I like your other two ideas.  Thank you!
