Such A Wonderful Feeling
In Atlanta Buckhead Midtown and the Westside, so wonderful to have a Client contact for a second purchase! We know each other already. We worked well together the last time. We will work well together again this time!
In 2018, we found a perfect condo for him while he pursues his Ph.D. at Georgia Tech. Convenient to his Research area and has covered parking for the car he loves!
Now he wants to find another condo near Georgia Tech to rent out and hold as an investment property. I love the "hunt" and so I am excited about our new project!
For my Clients who manage their own rentals, I prefer to find properties within one-half hour driving from where they live. In this case, it will be a property within one-half hour walking! There are literally thousand of housing units to choose from within the area of the map below. Some are still under construction and some are resale units. Some are from the early, middle and close of the 20th century! What fun!
Our Client enjoyed working with the Mortgage professional we recommended for his first purchase. Will Hornsby, at Northpointe, is very knowledgeable about arranging loans for students. This will make our third or fourth joint project with wonderful Clients to share!
