OK, let's think positive...

All of the blog's that I have read this evening are so depressing...I'm not even going into any of the subjects.

That being said..only the positive will survive...

The negative posting and the OMG's...the world is coming to an end...doesn't sit well with me.

These agent's who strive on loom and doom...are doomed...forget it...If you write depressing...you are depressed...and people RIGHT NOW...WANT THE POSITIVE PEOPLE LIKE ME TO HELP THEM...AND I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The POSITIVE AGENT'S WILL SURVIVE...AND I WILL...OK, interest rates have gone up... 6.1 to 6.4...ok guy's the last time I checked...

I have people calling me, buyer's...why is everyone so depressed.

You can either make a deal in this market and thank me later that I helped you do it...or listen to the doom and gloom here.

If you want a good buy, call me and tell you what you want to buy...I'll find it for you...No problem...

Let me and my assistant Rick (who is also a Realtor) help you get the home or condo that you want...there is so much inventory in Florida, so many great deal's. No matter what the cost...We'll find it for you!

Karen, I think everyone looks at stuff in a different way. Some half full, others half empty. Maybe they're just venting? Who knows? I don't like to hear nor do I like to read nor do I like to post negative stuff. That's just me. ;-)

Me either, and I haven't read much positive posting tonight...If you are alway's negative...you will get NOWHERE!...IF YOU REMAIN POSITIVE...you WILL SUCCEED,AND DO WELL.

Your attitude is so important in this market...your customer's...do as well as your attitude in helping them.

That's my humble opinion...

If you are going to have a negative attitude...they won't buy...send them over to me...I'll give you 25% and I'll totally make them happy!

HAPPINESS BREED'S SUCCESS!!!! I don't have time for the negative stuff...I've already been given a second chance...and I Love it!

Karen, I too am positive and protect my mind from negative thoughts entering it or letting the internal ones germinate. A good attitude will always win the day. Stay around cheery friends, as the grouches pull you down.

Karen, good post, it's a choice to positive and happy or negative an be miserable. It really comes down to that.

While it is a conscious decision to be positive and optimistic, sometimes people get overwhelmed and need to vent. Call it exchanging war stories or just plain griping, many people take comfort in this forum because the people here are in a better position to understand. I think in this business you HAVE to be a positive person to get through the rough patches, but acknowledging you're having a hard time...well, that's just being human! But thanks for the reminder to keep positive.

Karen, I couldn't agree with you more. Gosh, where would my mom be without a positive attitude of her own and from her family. Cancer 3 times now and just finished radiation. Her attitude is great, I truly believe that's why she is a survivor. When I get down I listen to music, LOUD and a big variety. It does wonders for my attitude. Reading posts such as yours is very uplifting as well. Keep up the good work g/f. NJ

Karen, Attitude is everything. The market is a lot tougher for most agents but being positive is critical in any business!

Karen, upbeat as usual. Keep on making those deals!

If you choose to be negative you will have negative results. Have you ever noticed how negative things always happen to the "Doom and Gloom" people? They're always depressed. They always like to spread "Doom and Gloom." If you choose to be positive it will always come back to you ten fold. Have a great week!

That is so true! This one agent alway's call's and complain's to me...I told her that I didn't want to hear it and if she doesn't stop talking that way, I change the subject or excuse myself and get off the phone.

That's true, but reading positive outcomes and some success stories is also good for everyone to read...it's like encouragement...JMHO

I believe you are right about the cancer issues...A positive attitude and not letting thing's get you down is so successful in your recovery...I keep trying to tell my father that...:-/

He doesn't want to do anything unless I'm there...He's depressed. My mother complain's at him...When I'm there...I take the softer approach..."Hey, Dad...Let's go look at the garden I planted the last time I was here...", Mom's like..."We have to go fertilize her garden,,,get up and help me..." LOL...They are like ying and yang...Dad get's tired and my Mother...just won't give up...G*D love them both,,,and pray for my Mother to keep up her strength....He alway's took care of her...I know you understand and thank you for asking...sometimes I need to talk about it...
