All sales are important, but some sales are special. This listing was an Active Rain Referral! One seller was in Texas, the other seller was in Pennsylvania and the third seller was in Wisconsin.
Then to boot it was a Probate Sale with Court Confirmation. It was a roller coaster ride not because of the sellers or the buyers, but because of the Attorney representing the sellers. In spite of that the buyers and the sellers were probably the nicest people I have met in my Real Estate career. They were all on the same transaction what are the odds?
(as much as I loved the stove I did not do a midnight requisition, the buyers love the stove too:)))
Congratulations to all! Just to give you an idea it was supposed to be an easy afternoon I was going to give the keys to the buyers at 3pm and then have a Zoom Celebration with the Sellers at 4:30pm well all this time the keys worked. Today when I got to the house one key would not work. Was it a neighbor being malicious? Was it a fact that the house was built in 1924 who knows 45 minutes later we were all in the house and the buyer got all the keys... Note to self never leave all the keys in the house have the spare back door key in your pocket:)))
