St George Utah Market Snapshot January 2021

Winter in southern Utah means golfing, running, hiking and bicycing to one's content! You will find people outside, getting sun and exercise, walking their dogs plus there's an abundant amount of potential home buyers in the marketplace.

Sales and Statistics Overview:

Average sales price jumped from $360.099.00 in January 2020 to $467,216.00 in January 2021, a difference of $107,117.00 in St. George, Utah. Absorption rate was 2.82 in January 2020 compared to .66 in January 2021. Sold to List ratio was 99.5%.
