Fecal matters when spreading hate and lies.
Yet another disparaging article was written by an outsider, further entrenching negative stereotypes about real estate agents. It lacks a true eye-view of the every day navigation through property buyer and seller transactions.
When getting licensed to practice real estate, I held the power to change the public's negative perception one client at a time. Accomplishing that by rightly serving clients and achieving goals allows trust to develop, creating Clients for Life!
7 Work Habits of Experienced Real Estate Agents
Getting the details done - Verifiable and up-to-date comparables of like-type homes pulled from the local Multiple Listing Service determines list price. The structural integrity of the property and prior defects are disclosed to buyers. Referring a reputable home inspector or contractors can uncover anything unseen.
Following up and through - Dependability from the start by openly discussing everything privy to a transaction, including contract details, terms and conditions, cleanliness, condition of home, showing instructions, referring handymen, painters, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, landscapers, title insurance and other costs.
Describing a property to a T - The personality of a home shines through when relaying high-points, upgrades and amenities. A professional stays to the true side of a property's offerings, rather than overly flourishing and embellishing to grab attention. Consumers deserve to have their home described in the best light.
Driving traffic thru the front door - A thorough saturation of the online real estate market opportunities through effective advertising with professional photos, 3-D technology and drone video brings potential home buyers to the property. Sending out emails to potential buyers adds to effectively hitting target mass.
Striving to keep a transaction alive - Experienced agents work to fulfill their clients criteria, keeping their wants and needs in mind every step of the way. They also take care of many issues that can and do present, clearing the way for them to be confident in potentially making the biggest decision of their lives.
Working diligently to prevent conflicts - Outside interference may play a role, especially when family members wish to be 'in the know'. Only those who are on the contract have access to the information within the 4-corners of the contract. Confidentiality and loyalty is of utmost importance for maintaining trust between parties.
Dependable referrals are heaven - A list of local industry professionals is provided to clients. Only the best affiliates such as home inspectors, mortgage lenders and title officers make the cut. No kickbacks are given or accepted, just the ability to get the goals accomplished correctly and thoroughly in a timely manner.
Savvy agents prepare and then expect to be tested. Hard work and a selfless attitude is crucial. If more people in the world possessed the determination, desire and discipline necessary to thrive, there would be countless more success stories.
This blog post is meant to offset the in-your-face negativity by some media companies, that has taken the place of responsible, objective reporting. The stink on their words reek! I just imagine them burping flies when spreading hate and lies.
