Here in Fort Lauderdale, once per month, a group of real estate industry professionals meet to exchange ideas, learn new techniques, meet new vendors and find out where the best deals can be found.

BREIA, as it is known, is run by Bill Leon and his wife, affectionately known as the "General", Jan Leon. Bill and Jan have been successful real estate investors for 20 years. The Broward Real Estate Investors Association was formed with the following purpose in mind.

 Mission Statement:
"The purpose of the Broward Real Estate Investors Association is to provide a dynamic environment for all investors, from beginners to full time professionals, where all members will have the opportunity to enhance their investing education, in addition to freely networking with all in attendance."

What is the Broward Real Estate Investors Association? BREIA is an organization for real estate investors and real estate professionals. It is our intention to educate and motivate real estate investors in order to achieve the success they desire. The ongoing education is endless, and as a result, hopefully your goals will continue to evolve and your success in the real estate business will increase.

In addition, the Broward Real Estate Investors Association provides a friendly atmosphere which promotes networking and allows all in attendance to grow by learning from other's experiences. The founders of BREIA firmly believe that some of the best lessons have been learned from others who have chosen to share their experiences and save others from the school of hard knocks.

Who Attends and Why?
Those who attend the Broward Real Estate Investors Association monthly meetings come from various backgrounds and all walks of life, all with one thing in common ... real estate. Attendees range from people with limited schooling to those who have completed post-graduate work.

These are attendees who work full time, part time, and even some who are unemployed and desire to enter the world of real estate investing. More importantly, in attendance are professionals that support the real estate investors such as attorneys, title agents, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, appraisers, etc., all of whom have knowledge and expertise to add to your investing success.

The Broward Real Estate Investors Association is a diverse group for anyone who yearns to prosper in the real estate industry. The investor association meets on a monthly basis and gives attendees the opportunity to begin or continue his or her real estate education. Finally, the Broward Real Estate Investors Association allows investors to network and build business relationships.
