Interesting week in mountain real estate. Lakefronts posted a big batch of new listings with 4 new properties added to their ranks, bringing the total number of lakefront homes currently on the market to 37. Additionally, there are 4 lakefront properties in escrow. As predicted, the lakefront market is gaining momentum....
Average days on market in Arrowhead Woods dropped way down to 77.8 days (for the 6 homes that sold this past week - the median was even lower at 59 days on market.
If you think that is pretty low, check out the week Crestline had: With 7 properties sold, the median days on market was 18! That's less than three weeks! The average numbers of days on market was a tick under 100.
Mountain-wide there are 1055 single-family homes listed for sale, 101 in escrow and this past week, 48 new properties showed up on the grid (a dozen more than the week prior).
