As you know, or should know, this was updated in November. I am seeing lots of member hate speech on their personal social media. Keep in mind that anything that violates fair housing in your professional life now carries to your personal life.
Here is a quote. Article 10 – Duties to the Public 10-5 “REALTORS® must not use harassing speech, hate speech, epithets, or slurs based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity” even outside real estate transactions.
