Life of the Realtor

Someday'ss you seem to be juggling.  This was yesterday  It was a good juggling act with all the balls coming down in the right places.   I am seeking land for my boss and another person.   Technically I am also looking for me (but I need to sell the Caldwell home before I can buy).  I attended 3 different meetings for real estate  yesterday.  I talked to my boss about the land.  I approached the FSBO's I have been talking too.  I handed out a CMA.  I went to Dearborn.  I scheduled the garage door to be installed.  Ordered some paint.  Picked a floor for the kitchen and bath.  I scheduled with the floor company and even got the installer I wanted.  I paid some of my workers.  Then on the way home I picked up som

Ethiopian food at  to celebrate my 28 year old son's birthday.   We zoomed with his siblings.  We had a great time but only 3 of us were able to eat the yummy cake I baked in the dawn.   I did not pay bills but they are not due yet.  There is a contest at work and I am in the lead.

Today I write and think on the day to come.  It is the quiet time before the dawn.  I will go to the technology class and pick up my commission check.  I will ask for 2 or 3 more reviews   I got 3 yesterday.  One one Zillow and one on homes.com.   I want to walk my door hangers in the neighborhood where I just closed.  I had planned to do it on Saturday but there was way too much snow.

Today I will continue juggling.

Hello Debbie - sounds like another full day of real estate.  It's been some time since I have had Ethiopian food.  Your post brought back some nice memories.  Good times and good food.
