Interesting how an American woman ended up a judge in Canada. I guess she attended McGill University and liked it there.

There are more questions, aren't there. Since she was born in Massachusetts and attended university in Quebec, I wonder if she was required to become a Canadian citizen in order to be a judge there.  My husband was born in Canada and was required to become a U.S. citizen to work for the federal government in the U.S.  He maintained dual citizen ship throughout his life.
