    no more blue skys....sorry...realtors need creative ways to round up clients but.... come on....$2000 on a 500,000 home is silly. but thanks anyway...why don't you get your clients to be more realistic about their infalted prices! there's where you get the sale....

    Thanks for your input Justin.  Sellers definitely need to price their home appropriately for them to sell these days.  Prices in Palm Springs are the lowest they've been since 2004.  Regarding the press you read on Foreclosures, you should know that foreclosure rates are extremely regional and localized.  Palm Springs has not been hit as hard as surrounding communities in the Riverside County.

    Regardless, there are great buys out there, its definitely a buyers market in Palm Springs. Good deals are available not just on Foreclosures, but also on non-bank owned resale properties.
