While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,100,000 in January of 2021, jumped 26.0% from January of 2020 in Altadena, California.

Houses stayed 53.00 days in the market in January of 2021 lower from 56.00 days in December of 2020, and fell from 85.00 days in January of 2020 in Altadena, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $611.00 in January of 2021 higher from $601.00 in December of 2020, and rose 13.0% from $532.00 in January of 2010 in Altadena, California according to Realtor.
