There is a voice within us. Some refer to it as their gut feeling, others as their little voice inside their heads! That little voice should be the loudest in your head. It is the voice of truth for you often drowned out by the opinions of others.

We are proponents of meditation in whatever form works for you. Some find it in long walks, some find it doing menial tasks, and some like to just sit and meditate in a formal fashion. Some find the quiet in building something. I often find that quiet in pulling weeds in the garden.
Meditation inspires and strengtens the volume of your inner voice to speak. In a recent decision, we had to make with two others who are partners, we all took time separately to listen to our inner voice, and we all came to the same conclusion without influence or arguments. This is the best kind of alignment.
