They say that all real estate is "Local." If you follow the most prolific and successful RE bloggers, a common thread you observe is their ability to generate good quality LOCAL content. Their writing captures the true essence of their respective markets, and conveys valuable information that is relevant and beneficial to their readers.

The Week Six Challenge will be for our Teams to create a Top Quality Local-Content Post on their ActiveRain Blogs. Both Apprentice and Mentor will each publish their own Local-Content articles pertaining to something specific within their respective markets. Make it fun, make it creative, make it useful information for your potential readers!

Additional scoring will also take into account the ActiveRain Profiles of both Apprentice and Mentor from each Team.

Week 6 Assignment:

  • Both Apprentice and Mentor shall create their own separate Local-Content post, and publish it to their ActiveRain Blogs.
  • When you've published your article, embed a link to that article in the comments section of this blog post.
  • Make sure to update your ActiveRain Profile page.
  • Blog Post entries will be judged on overall content, originality, and personal connection. Profiles will be judged on creativity and completeness.

This week's Challenge is due on Saturday, June 28th at 3pm (PST). Two Teams will be eliminated as a result of this challenge.

Good Luck to our remaining Teams!

Wow! This is PERFECT, yet again. We are really acquiring some wonderful tools here that will most definitely set us apart from our competitors. Genius idea from the judges!  Best of luck to all of us!

Notice the name change! I'm now a MRS.  Back to the honeymoon, lol...I just can't help myself. Tim would be thrilled if my laptop would crash for a day or two I'm sure!

Hi Ladies...

Well it looks like we're solo on this one! Since I haven't had time to write much this will be great for that too.  We need to plan a party this week for us?

Hey have y'all thought about Big Brother, or Survivor?  It's getting down to the final 3...and we are still here while most of the others are gone.  Maybe we should have a little ceremony or something for our fallen comrades?  I really think now that the group is so small, we need to do something as a group...any idea????

Let's make it fun and pull something on evil Rich for making Desiree do homework :) maybe

MRS Elizabeth...I've heard that super active bedroom activities really stimulate the brain for creative ideas????  Guess that means the rest of us don't stand a chance this weekhappy couple         Sex sparks creative juices, Mrs. E

Deb Darlin', you and Melissa are great at that...give us some creative ideas..  Liz

Looks like a fun week and a great challenge.  And Desiree -- I don't want to hear any excuses like "my dog ate my blog post..."

This just keeps getting better and better!!  Great job to Rich and all the M2T teams.  Can't wait for the RE Connect in SF.  Very exciting, It's been a challenge that will benefit not only the teams, but also the viewing community.  I have learned quite a few things watching these teams battle it out for the victory!!  :-)

Rich, I had missed this challenge and when I saw the results I had to search to find out what it was...ohhh this would have been a fun one!  FYI, Heather's just fine.  She had surgery to remove what turned out to be a cyst in her neck...pretty big but not serious.  This contest is getting exciting!  I have to tell you when we were all at Dez's parents home several weeks ago Kim was so good...she sat by herself not wanting any help from anyone!  The teams left are great!
