Everyone is then aware of their roles in order to accomplish the goals set forth. It also defines workload, trust and a willingness to create enhanced working relationships.
By discussing every detail early on, both sides agreeing, in writing, on expectations, timelines and efforts prevent future problems because someone thought they deserved more or lament about getting the short end of a stick.
Of course, if that happens, give them a bigger stick! LOL
Quid pro quo (something for something) a Latin phrase used, meaning an exchange of goods or services, in which one transfer is contingent upon the other; "a favor for a favor".
