One of the most important factors to consider is the comfort level the Agent has with the social and economic connection they have with the owner's in a specific area.  If the agent is not familiar with the lifestyle of the typical Owner, they will not be able to connect with them.  I.E. - tennis neighborhood - play tennis. Lake community - participate and understand lake activity and know the water rules/laws as it pertains to waterfront property. First-timer community?
