Westchester home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 61.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 6.1% from $246,000 to $261,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price rose by 10.3% from $233,000 to $257,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 25%, while the median sale price rose by 0.9% from $282,500 to $285,000.
