Hi Vicki...Hope I never have to buy your book (sorry!!!).  But, I will keep it in mind if my luck doesn't hold out.

Thanks Kathleen!  I take it you are doing well in your market?  Kudos to you and I too hope you don't need it!  But I do fear we are in for at least another year to year and a half of this market, so I wanted to place my agents with a tool and system that will work.  No more excuses!

Looks like an excellent book.  Does chapter 8 help dispel the misconceptions between reductions to prime rate & fixed mortgage rates?  Where may I obtain a copy?

Yes Greg it does.    www.myshortsalebook.com  Once you purchase it email me and I will send you the new version.  Fannie Mae just announced Monday that the guidelines have been changed and once a person is foreclosed on they will not be eligible for a mortgage for 5 years.  I haven't changed that and I added a Chapteer 11 with a glossary of terms so I want to make sure you get the latest and greatest.  Thanks!
