Richard not wanting to sound like a broken record but are you conributing to these statistics? Inquiring minds want to know, Endre
Endre Barath, Jr. when my wife suffered a stroke in October 2018 I became her primary care giver, and had to put real estate on hold. Unfortunately she suffered a second stroke in December 2019 and did not survive. Her death has been very hard on me personally. I remain the broker of record for All Star Home Group, a small boutique brokerage who deals primarily with investors. I also do some consulting work, and teach some CE courses. With regards to contributing currently I have one small land deal under contract. I work referrals only and don't actually seek out new business. As a real estate broker I feel it is part of my fudiciary duty to know what is going on in the market even though I'm not that active at the moment. I hope things are going well with you. From your blogs I assume raw land is your niche. I don't like to post about my personal listings or sales because our state law would require me to go back and update that blog once the property has sold; otherwise, we would be painting a false picture that we have listings that really are not available.
