House Gift

By
Real Estate Agent with John R Wood Realtors SL 3096476

As a Realtor, there is nothing I enjoy more than meeting with clients, in their new home, with a house warming gift in hand. To me that gift represents a lot of hard work on my part and a lot of dreams for my clients. Everyone gets that knot in the stomach before pulling the check book out, but in the end, they are thrilled they found the perfect place in the sun for them.

My favorite Massachusetts couple just flew down for the weekend to shop for furniture for their brand new townhome.  They were talking about the shopping trip (and the fantastic buys at this time of year) and when they are coming down next. Then the conversation turned to using Florida as the domicile and hoping their house in Massachusetts sells quickly so they can make the move. I don't blame them. We live in paradise. We are in a tropical zone and not a day goes by that I don't marvel at the beauty of this area.

I love working with buyers. I have enjoyed each and every person I've worked with. Not everyone has bought, but they will! Again, this is PARADISE.

Enjoy the Day.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought by the headline you were giving a gift of a house! Now that would be a gidt!

JAPDIP was one of the first expressions I used to hear when I moved to FL.  I had vacationed in Englewood my whole life up to that point in time, but when I moved hear, I heard that expression, so very true! (Just Another Pretty Day In Paradise)
