Self-Care is important for folks to remember and take advantage of.  Especially, during these pandemic times.

Could not agree more, however with my training, that would be difficult if not downright impossible to do

Paula,  your messages on self-care are important.  It is so easy for people to lose focus on what they need to do to take care of self! 

I know I tend to put others first at times at the expense of taking care of Kathleen.

I learned this the hard way. I didn't take good care of myself during my husband's long illness and I paid dearly.  Even though I am serving as a caregiver for another family member, I realize taking care of my health is my primary job.

Hi Paula - this is something I need to understand since I am taking care of my wife.

Self-care is pretty darn important and I suspect some of us do not do as good as job at this as we could, or should. Certainly there are times I could improve.
