This week I have two ratified contracts for buyers.

The first buyer ratified is for 15092 Wetherburn Drive in Centreville. This home was listed for $559,000 and is a single family home with 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and located on .22 Acre lot in the Xanadu Estates.

The buyer ratified is 19240 Sinder House Court in Leesburg. This 4 Bedroom, 2.55 Bath Single Family Home was listed for $436,900.
