Design Build Sales Position
Employee owned company seeks sales representative to join our sales force. We are the premier modular home manufacturer in the Northeast with over 30 years experience in the industry.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Follow up on leads and make sales calls to potential customers
- Guide clients through home design, permit, & construction process
- Prospecting realtors, architects, and engineers to develop working relationships
- Lead qualification
- Closing strategies
- Ability to read blueprints and experience with building materials a plus
- Good communication skills
- Detail - oriented
- Computer literate
- Design and Drafting experience using Chief Architect a plus
- Willing to work weekends
- Some sales experience necessary, new construction sales experience a plus
