Inquiring Minds Want to Know: Is THIS the Bottom of the Declining Market?

Are we there yet? As my Magic 8 ball would say, "Sources Say Yes."

Every Tuesday here at Keller Williams in McLean, is our office sales meeting. Our team leader asked: "is there any news on business? How's the market doing?" And unanimously, people said: "Great! I am SO BUSY!" With rates going up over the past few weeks, buyers who have been patiently waiting are finally deciding to jump into this real estate market. Just last week, I sent a new buyer listings for condos in Arlington on a Monday night...by Wednesday, 3 of those particular 8 had gone Under Contract! The same thing happened this weekend!

These are all GREAT signs that buyers are finding confidence that deals are out there, and it's time to find them. Call today for help finding your next great real estate deal!
