Los Angeles Metro Area, California Homes Sales & Values Report February 2021

On March 16, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 3.0% to an average price of $649,000 in February of 2021 from an average price of $630.000 in January of 2021, and jumped 18.0% from $550,000 in February of 2020. While, homes sales lower 4.6% in February of 2021 from January of 2021, but rose 10.0% from February of 2020 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.

There were 2.0 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2021, up from 1.9 months in January of 2021, but fell from 3.8 months in February of 2020 in  Los Angeles Metro Area, California.

An average it took 11.0 days to sell a home in February 2021, down from 12.0 days in January of 2021, and dropped from 29.0 days in February of 2020 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
