I just came across the work of Zephyr real estate agent, Luba Muzichenko. As far as marketing is concerned, Luba does two things very well. First she is host to a very valuable and local blog titled "The Avenues Blog." (photo below-www.theavenuesblog.com)

The Avenues Blog is a neighborhood blog covering the Sunset and Richmond districts and does a fantastic job of integrating photos and events. If I lived in this area there is no reason why I wouldn't bookmark or create an RSS feed to this site. Very impressive.

Secondly, Luba has created one of the best agent websites I have seen in a long time. (www.LubaSF.com) It provides insightful and useful information to buyers and sellers. I love the fact that she hosts a market report on the top of the page with information all homeowners are after. Additionally the site is exceptionally well organized and attractive. Most of all I like the fact that Luba does not try to recreate a company website by adding in a hundred different links, links to MLS, weather reports and so on.

What an outstanding model of content for agent marketing on the web. Do yourself a favor and take a look at her stuff. It's not often you see such great execution in the real estate world.

Yes nice info but be sure you ask permission before creating an RSS feed to your site as this brings down her search engine rankings with Duplicate Content...I recently had a problem with someone who added RSS feed of my info. and I track everything...Duplicate Content is punished by search engines but Content that changes daily on your site is favorable..BUT make sure you get permission to do that because she may be concerned about her rankings...if not then you will have a great tool to boost your ranks with the RSS Feeds...well yes she does seem like a good person to network with if you know her well or wish to team up.

Thanks,

Hi Tom:
What I met was to add her RSS feed to your GoogleReader or whatever other tool you use.  I would certainly never recommend copying content of an blog author without permission.

Hi guys!  Just wanted to say I AM great, and a good person too!!!  :-)

And Tom, thanks for looking out for my blog rankings (even though we've never met!)  I never realized duplicate feeds bring down rankings... I actually have a widget box on each of my blogs with the other blog's feeds, do you think that's bringing the ranking down too?

And Matthew!  Thanks yet again for the kind words!  I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!!!  And your book looks great - I'll have to put it on my required reading list, once I get through the other books on my list.
