Colorado Springs Home Inventory

 

As expected, the number of homes for sale in Colorado Springs has increased and inventory climbed to 6,396 homes actively for sale in May.  We can expect to see the inventory climb up more through the summer months.  There is currently 7.6 months of home inventory in Colorado Springs and it is a buyers' market when there is 6 or more months of inventory. 

There are some great opportunities out there and if you are looking to buy, now is the time!
