More than ever it is imperative that you direct you clients to an experienced loan company. If you go to the doctor does it make you feel good when they say "well it's my first operation"? We understand that you need to start somewhere, but how much are you willing to lose. Sending you commercial loans to a residential mortgage broker does not make much sense either.
