The best time to sell is...

I recently wrote a blog post called "The Best Time to Sell is..." and I went over the types of calculations that I would consider if answering this question for a seller. I'd look at the number of properties that sold each month, the month with the highest prices sold, and the month homes that sold most quickly.
If you are curious when it the best time to sell your home, the time is:
'Why should you sell now?
First, inventory is low. Buyers are competinng for almost every home that hits the market. So, you may get a great offer with few contingencies if you sell now.
Second, interest rates are very low. So if you need to move somewhere after selling, money is cheap to do that. And it also helps buyers who are intersted in your home escalate their offers.
