Cacao Farm Tour and Chocolate Tasting
Tour a Cacao Farm and witness how Cacao goes from fruit to chocolate bar. Hawai'i is one of just a handfull of environments in the world that can successfully grow and produce cacao, the fruit from which chocolate is concocted.

Kāne‘ohe's 21 Degrees Estate offers a 2 hour guided farm tour, especially interesting for fruit and flower officianados, where visitors tour the farm, tasting tropical fruits along the way. Seasonal samplings include lychee, ulu (breadfruit), apple banana, ice cream banana, coconut, carambola (starfruit), olena (turmeric), mountain apple (maylay apple), papaya, mango, avocado and more.
There will also be opportunities to taste the Farm’s "Kahalu`u Gold" light floral honey, visit and feed the baby goats and chicks, and look at how cacao is processed, highlighted with a tasting of chocolate samples.
The farm co-owner says the route through the fields is stroller and walker friendly.
Cost:
$45 for adults, $20 for kids 13 to 18 years, $10 for kids 6 to 12 years, kids 5 years and younger are free. Kama‘āina and military receive $10 off adult admission.
