This is a very unique property.

A German born engineer began building this complex and at some point...tore down part of the home and expanded it. Before tearing down the part of the home that was fairly new...he built an apartment above the garage. A person can definitely see some differences in how he "engineered" the roof lines. I'll just say...it will not come down unless it is a high F series tornado direct hit and even then I would bet on the roof design. He over built that...and under built the shingles on it!! But the potential is so incredible.

I have already had an offer of near list price that current owner is mulling over...mainly due to financing options which are limited due to the interior of the home.

Yes...the river systems in Nebraska have incredible beauty. My favorite is the Loup River system...but I am sure that is because I grew up in St Paul, NE which has the North and Middle Loup rivers on two sides of it. Have a great week!! Mike
