I am looking for a home in Phx, AZ.  I am looking in the Lakewood Subdivision, near 13th Street and E Wildwood.  There are a few 2 bedroom 2 bath units coming into the subdivsion off the main drag.  Can anyone help me that might be licensed in that part of the country.   Also, in the region that serves W VA, VA, MD, DC, and DE we have www.homesdatabase.com  which is a part of MRIS (MLS) and it's a real estate search that gets updated faster, in my opinion, than realtor.com   Do you have any similar sites for AZ?
