Home Price Index Report February 2021

On April 6, 2021, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales higher in February of 2021 from January of 2021, and increased 10.4% from February of 2020. The lowest price tier home prices were highest with 14.2% gain in February 2021 from February 2020.

State of Idaho had the highest price increase with a gain of 22.6% in February of 2021, from February of 2020.

This is an indication that real estate values slowly increasing perhaps stabilizing.
