Our success is measured in sales, but what prospects are looking for are solutions.  If you approach potential clients with the mindset that you're there to solve theirs problems, you'll often come out with the sale.

Relationships are as important online as they are in person.  Don't just like and leave.  Spend time with your online community.  Follow others, offer insightful comments, share worth while content, then watch it all come back to you!

Work can be fun.  Even if you've focused on working smarter, you should always ask yourself:  Do I enjoy what I am doing?  Find ways to express passion for what you do!

Solutions are how I have always looked at it.  I don't like trying to sell someone on something.  I much prefer listening to what they want and being able to provide the solution for them.

Hi Will,

My tagline says it all.  I have been focused on solutions from day 1. My approach is if I  am purchasing or selling the property like it was my own.  I just had a client come back to me after I steered them away from a Sedona property they really wanted. We were in a contract!  It was a shoddy flip with lots of telltale signs they would have to invest big bucks into this home.  They told me they trust me to help them find the right home not just get a sale.  I don't work any other way.
